Mover's Choice Atlanta

I always make it a point to give feedback when I get awful service from a company. This time the company is Mover's Choice in Atlanta. This company is the one that packed our house in Atlanta and moved us into storage. We had originally contacted another mover who "forgot" to put us on their calendar and a week before we had to be out of the house we had to find another moving company. If you have never moved in the middle of the summer let me tell you how difficult it is to find a mover on short notice. Perhaps this demand is the only thing keeping Mover's Choice of Atlanta, Georgia in business because it is certainly not their service.

The crew that Mover's Choice sent over was completely and totally incompetent. We have moved about six times in the last fifteen years and these guys were without a doubt the worst packers and movers we have ever encountered. Shoddily packing things into boxes that they did not mark, throwing boxes around, crushing items, overpacking, underpacking, broken items, crushed items....just a completely disorganized, incompetent mess. The movers who packed us out of storage claimed to have never seen anything like that before- we had to physically open every box and inspect and/or repack. The driver was taking pictures and shaking his head. The guys at Mover's Choice cost us labor and money. Forget complaining directly to the office/owner's. Several....several calls yielded nothing but an answering machine and the calls to this day have never been returned.

Mover's Choice should not be allowed to operate a moving company. However, being a firm believer in a free market I feel that the market should force them out of business and not some government agency. So I do my complaining here, where the terms Mover's Choice Atlanta will be picked up by Google and when people who are considering entrusting this crappy company with their most treasured possessions find this page they will reconsider. See ya on Google, Mover's Choice in Atlanta, Georgia!
